A step up in a strategic role to support growth, drive and design brand experience initiatives, and most of all focus on growing business and retaining existing accounts within the business unit.
Achievements:
Brand: Energizer
1. Introduce and developed the first ever digital campaign for the world #1 battery maker - Energizer in 2015 in KSA to reclaim their supremacy in ‘long lasting’ value category and increased their market share of 2.3%. The striking performance in sales enable us to continue lead the brand’s consumer GWP promotion in MEA.
2. Developed a successful sales driven campaign (online to offline) that hits the brand equity, delivered the products’ value and over achieve in terms of sales push. The campaign has successfully launched in MEA for the first year, extended to APAC and Global campaign since then. This has put Energizer at the forefront and retain their leadership in the category.
3. Expand our services to the horizontal brand line-ups within Energizer across MEA, APAC, Eastern Europe (by individual market, regional and multi-regional scale) - Eveready, AutoCare for relaunch brand campaign, GWP promotion, social media management (new channels and maintenance) and ground activation support (field force and sales enablement strategy)
1. Strategic Planner and Design thinking Manager for Retail Planning team. This includes the concept ideation, retail planning and research, explore the latest innovation for the retail solution, budget planning, design and prepare presentation for existing and new pitches projects.
2. Act as Project Manager for BTL campaigns in GCC including space renovation and upgrade, branding execution, retail store guidelines, BTL production and conducting retail market sensing for both modern trade and independent retailers across MEA.
3. Manage the vendors for all projects including selection of the vendors based on the required criteria, briefing, production drawing review, QC, post completion check and cost negotiation.

Manage the advertising and marketing activities for the client as well as the channels / partners which includes providing strategic branding and advertising plans across several platforms.

Symantec @ GITEX Technology Week 2012:
1. Project manager for the whole event from planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project.
2. Manage the project taking into account integration across all areas including branding execution across the whole campaign (inside and outside the event's venue), liaise with DWTC to negotiate the best deal on behalf of the client.
3. Communicate project status to project sponsor and other relevant stakeholders and involved parties.
SYMANTEC Technology Day and Channel Excellence Awards Gala Dinner 2012
1. Technology Day - a half day conference for the customers and attended and sponsored by Symantec's distis and partners.
2. Channel Excellence Awards Gala Dinner - Annual event to reward and appreciate the partners from different business units who have showed the massive contribution and support over the last fiscal year.
3. Plan, organize, implement and manage the whole project. It includes getting 1 venue for both events within a day, set up of the venue (different set up for the day and evening events), pre-event logistics, manage the deliverables (creative design and production), on-site management and post-event report.

1. Plan and execution of the Channel Promotion online for all Norton resellers at Middle East and Africa region.
2. Manage the 4 months promotion from concept development, creative services for the micro site and all communication materials, marketing program development and process optimization, development of the site, winners selection process and logistics of prizes.

Clients: Procter & Gamble AAI region (global-HQ:S'pore, Malaysia), Coca Cola (Malaysia) Berhad, RHB Sakura (financial institution), Mead Johnson (FMCG), Tetap Tiara Sdn Bhd (property) and etc.
2. Prepared annual budget and forecasts.
3. Set up work-in-progress meeting for the team weekly and understand the situation of each team member with the customer accounts.
4. To brief and discussed with the creative and production team to provide clients with strategic and creative plans to meet their advertising and promotion objectives.
5. To maintain positive business relationships with customers and getting more business opportunities from existing customers.
Main Achievements:
1. Achieved success in launching BTL campaign for OLAY TOTAL EFFECTS+ in Singapore and Malaysia in the year of 2004.
2. Secured Pampers business in Malaysia & Singapore for the year 2005 & 2006.
3. Brought in new business opportunity from Pampers Indonesia & Philippines in year 2005.

1. Assisted Account Manager in organizing major events and liaised with media in some media launch
Clients: Maxis Berhad (largest mobile network provider in Malaysia in year 2003-2004), NTPM Holdings Berhad (FMCG), and other IT companies.
2. Liaised with suppliers in production costing as well as doing the accounting jobs for my accounts.

Main Achievements:
1. Hotlink LOTR III special screening in GSC Midvalley (Event's planning and organizing for the premier screening). This is for MAXIS-HOTLINK. We won the contract & were given an opportunity to launch the premier screening event for them in the biggest cinema in Malaysia.
