Worked in every department of the bank from branch banking till regional office. Currently working as Manager Operations at Main Branch Mansehra. All HR functions including setting of job descriptions, Key Performance indicators and rating of performance of staff working in the branch is being conducted and supervised by manager operations. The manager operations is also responsible for successful implementation of IT initiatives as per Bank's requirement. The manager operations is also responsible for reporting financial and other related reports on fortnightly, monthly, semi annually and annually basis to concerned quarters including Regional Office, Head Office and Central Bank for consolidation. The manager operations is also responsible to supervise the audit process of all financial transactions.
The management and supervision of all banking activities including customer service, remittances, advances and foreign exchange.
