Recruiting sales people for the brands.
* Recruitment:
- Receiving Employment Requisition Form from departments in order to proceed the recruitment process.
- Leading recruitment process including: searching CVs, sourcing them out, screening them, scheduling the interviews, making necessary tests for them like English test or Sales test, making job offers, and contract.
-Interview potential candidates.
- Ensure that all employees have completed and updated their profiles including CVs, educational certificates, work experience certificates.
- Writing job adverts.
- Contacting with recruitment agency and headhunters.
- Building Applicant Tracking Record (database) to track the candidates including: candidates' information, experience, and tracking their interviews and the status of the candidates.
- Making reports regarding turnover and hiring quarterly.
- Making reports regarding recruitment process.
- Making internal recruitment policy.
- updating some job descriptions to suit the current requirements of the job.
* Training:
- Monitor and record training activities including: sourcing the employees out, organizing them in groups, and register them for tests (if applicable). Prepare and coordinate all training sessions using a defined schedule.
- Contacting universities and institutions for co-op training. Leading the training from the beginning to the end including: interviews, scheduling with departments, evaluating, making training certificates.
* Other Duties:
- Handling final settlement for resigned employees.
- Handling overtimes and part time records.
- Handling life insurance that includes: ensure the all employees have been added to life insurance scheme, updating it quarterly, follow up with any death claim regarding documents.
- Responsible for renewal contracts.
- Responsible of salary action that must be handled to payroll accountant.
* Performing other duties as required by HR Manager.
I worked as an English Instructor at Princess Noura University in the Preparatory Year.
Tasks:
- present the lessons on powerpoint slides.
- write and follow weekly lesson plans.
- marking and providing appropriate feedback on oral and written work.
- teach through communicative approach.
- attend workshops on how to teach adults.
- teach grammar & skills.
- use variety of audio-visual aids.
-basic administration such as keeping student registers and attendance records for starters and leavers.
