• Track the performance against strategic KPI’s, such as inventory turnover, cash to cash cycle, GMROI & GMROS.
• Review regularly the ordering system and maximum inventory levels, and raise the red flag to the purchasing team with recommendations to reduce the stock at a specific category.
• Categorization of items by creating product families in order to produce meaningful reports that reflect the performance of purchasing team.
