Senior Service advisor ( Body & Paint ):
• Certified Senior Toyota Service Advisor TSA 21
• Calculating client quotations for needed repairs, showing time, cost and labor estimates and needed spare parts for the repair.
• Recording client contact data and establishing relationships with customers
• Deliver technical presentations explaining repairs or services to customers
• Plan and modify products to meet customer needs
• Persuading clients that our service will satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
• Communicate client needs to the upper management for future improvements
