1. Monitoring and maintaining support on IT solutions.
2. Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
3. Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
4. Creating user accounts and performing access control.
5. Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
6. Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
7. Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
8. Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
9. Supervising and keeping track of tickets.
10. Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
11. Examining and inspecting programs to track technical issues and come up with solution suggestions and/or recommendations.
12. Leads support and guidance to all departments to ensure consistent and smooth system development.
13. Identifying, problem-solving, and troubleshooting as per the requirement.
14. Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within the area of responsibility.
15. Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management

Technical Track :
1. Manage and maintain updated indexed archiving and filing systems, in addition to back backups or all operations, including programs and projects.
2. Proper management of operations of the fixed assets management system in alignment with institutional policies and procedures.
3. Oversee technology for all operations as needed and use different platforms such as video conferencing technologies, presentation software and other communications technologies.
4. Drive & lead digital transformation across Ruwwad programmatic tracks & components in collaboration with Ruwwad team members and experts.
5. Properly manage the digital library programmatic component and ensure that it addresses digital needs assessment processes.
6. Proper management and maintenance of the organization’s technical and digital infrastructure; this include managing projects related to enhancing and building the capacity of software, hardware, networks, or other IT systems.
7. Monitor the security of IT systems and keep security programs up to date.
8. Competent ability to troubleshoot & configure various technology platforms such as PC, MAC, iOS, Android, Firewall devices, Routers & Switch Devices, etc.
9. Capacity to design and install computer hardware configurations.
10. Responsible for training team members on newly installed hardware and software systems.
11. Responsible for organizational assets tracking and ensuring proper protection of assets from theft and abuse, in addition to determining under- or over-utilized assets.
12. Take a leading role in any procurement process in any IT-related activity to meet organizational needs and requirements.

• Digital Transformation:
- Coordinating and assisting in the establishment of digital transformation systems for operations and e-learning in line with the nature of programs and donor requirements
- Ensure that all required standards are met, in line with the donors’ orientations and the beneficiaries’ conditions

• Cloud Transformation:
- Prepare a cloud Transformation plan for working files, backups
- Administration, support and configuration of O365, Online Exchange, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint
- Maintenance/sustainment of existing client SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, and items)
• Providing technical support for the infrastructure that helps digital transformation and setting standards
• Implement IT goals, policies, procedures and use regulations.
• Monitoring the IT infrastructure devices, servers and network, to determine whether adjustments need to be made preparing development proposals, preparing the budget, and supervising the implementation of development plans.
• Install computer programs and systems for new employees and perform minor repairs and troubleshooting to hardware, software, or equipment if needed.
• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities and configure email applications or virus protection software.
• Train staff in the proper use of hardware protection and software application and provide technical assistance when needed.
• Implement hardware/software projects with IT service providers
• Generate timely and accurate reports to the direct manager if needed.
• Read technical manuals and confer with staff and management to establish requirements for new systems in order to serve new purposes or improve workflow.
• Develop request for services to request software or hardware for INJAZ staff and assist on evaluating vendor quotation/proposals and accordingly select required vendors.
