Lead Business Expert & Product Owner for a global enterprise system interface supporting 15, 000+ users across 120+ sites worldwide.

IRIS Everywhere is a web-based platform using REST API integration built around the organization’s core ERP system (Oracle JD Edwards), designed to simplify and modernize user interaction with complex ERP processes for internal users and requesters. The platform streamlined operational workflows through a more intuitive, user-friendly digital interface while maintaining seamless integration with enterprise backend systems.

Responsibilities included roadmap ownership, backlog management, business analysis, solution design, sprint planning, release coordination, testing, deployment, product maintenance, stakeholder management, and continuous product enhancement in collaboration with engineering, QA, DevOps, and business teams internationally.

Offshoots Project (ERP System Interface - REST API)
Lead business analyst for designing a simplified ERP system interface using REST API integration, enabling easy access for internal customers and users in small sites.

- Business analyst and interface design as business process owner on a new Upgrade project for new online system integration with JDE
- General Experience in Logistics operations including Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Inventory management, Forecasting and MRP, Warehouse Operations and Transportation.
- Provide 1st line support for users of Oracle JDE, OSCAR Light, IRIS and interfaces to legacy systems
- Resolve moderately complex cases in ERP functional areas
- Ensure unsolved/complex cases are escalated to 3rd line support in a timely matter
