Organizing and Reporting Work:-
1- Coordinate clients with all their needs till purchasing order.
2- Make a sales plan depend on company ‘vision.
3- Preparing reports weekly for my work to head of Dep. And GM.
4- Evaluate work movement monthly & solve all problems that disrupt achieving company’s target.
5- Collect & organize data base for all types of companies’ especially potential business stakeholders (developing, contracting, Agriculture, brand name shops …) that will need our products.
6- Register our company in all Government association & petroleum companies in procurement department.
7- Make brochures and put it in all churches to reach for most of clients.
8- Make our products known for all constructing companies & authorized from all big consultants.
9- Collect data for all exhibitions of energy & electricity.

a. Understanding technical specifications for LED lighting in the market.
b. Make a market survey for all types of LED and the top brands with their distributers in Egypt.
c. Collect the data base for all companies worked in LED lighting with their brands.
d. Collect all data for potential customers for LED such as (Brand name shops, pharmacies, hospitals, schools, factories …).
e. Make visits for the most potential customers persuading them that LED will save money.
- As a Sales Engineer in solar pumping systems
Job description:-
a. Understanding technical specifications for solar pumping systems to illustrate it to all clients.
b. Make a market survey for all types of pumps, Generators & its brand names with their distributers in Egypt.
c. Understand the technical specifications of generators, its initial cost &its operating cost (oil, fuel, filters and maintenance fees).
d. Make a comparison & R.O.I. comparing between solar & diesel generator.
e. Collect all data base for agriculture companies, well drilling companies, irrigation companies & farm owners that consider potential customers in solar pumping.
f. Make visits for most potential customers to understand them with solar pumping will satisfy their needs.
1- Understanding the technical issues for Refused drived fuel technology.
2- Make Researches about refused drived fuel technology all over the world.
3- Understanding how most of countries applied this technology inside them.
4- Found Factories that used Refused drived fuel technology in Egypt _ Cement Factories_.
5- Manage & Coordinate two teams for refused drived fuel project_Deal with Unilever factories_.
6- Open new business with new factories to deal with them to get rid of wastes by environmental ways.
7- Make negotiations with all this factories till finalize contracts.
8- Understanding Bio mass technology & its applications in EGYPT.
9- Found bio mass sources to deal with them as a power source.

** I start to open new business in IRSC company in Four fields ( Solar Energy, Plastic Recycling, Refused drived fuel, LED lighting) so i make detailed studying each field separately as following.**
In Solar Energy Field :-
1- Make researches about solar Energy & its applications in EGYPT.
2- Understand the technicality of solar systems applications( on grid, off grid, solar heaters, pumping, solar street lighting).
3-Make market survey for solar energy market companies in EGYPT.
In recycling Field:-
1- Make reserches for all types of recycling ( pet, plastics, cans, carton, ....) & know the technicality for each one.
2- Make a comparison to know the most profitable recycling type to proceed in it.
3- Open pet recycling project_pet compressor_.
4- Found several sources for pet to support pet compressor.
5- Contact with all factories that taken compressed pet.
In Refused Drived Fuel:-
1- Understanding the technical issues for Refused drived fuel technology.
2- Make Researches about refused drived fuel technology all over the world.
3- Understanding how most of countries applied this technology inside them.
4- Found Factories that used Refused drived fuel technology in Egypt _ Cement Factories_.
In LED lighting:-
1- Make researches about Led lighting in EGYPT.
2- Understand the technicality of LED lighting, knowing all its types.
3- Make a market survey for all LED companies in EGYPT.
4- Contact by foreign companies to be an agent for them.
• Record all raw materials incoming to the contracting site.
• Organizing all accounts for all raw materials for the contracting site.
• Coordination for all workers, making a daily report for each worker’s work.
