• Credited with managing the Noor Program that is an online program that connects all schools to the Ministry of Education, and facilitates effective administration of the schools.
• Led several learning and training initiatives that included 23 directed readings, 12 educational workshops, 9 training courses for teachers, and 12 refresher programs for teachers.
• 32 publications related to education to credit till date.
• Other works include ‘Bright Pages from the Life of the Prophets’, ‘Practical Examples from the Life of Sahabah’ and ‘Landmarks of Medina’, and a collection of poems ‘Moments of Hope / Flood of Longing’.

Key Responsibilities
Education Program Supervision & Coordination
• Assist Ministry officials in development and coordination of educational and learning & development programs, and carrying out assessments of programs currently being followed.
• Consistently promote high quality standards in education, help officials to develop procedures and policy for the Ministry of Education.
• Enforce administrative norms and organizational policies and ensure compliance by staff; support professional development of staff and teachers.
• Supervise teachers, monitor their work through consistent follow-up and attending classes conducted by them, and ensure that teachers meet the educational standards prescribed by the Ministry.
• Promote team work and cooperation among staff, teachers and other employees to ensure education objectives are met; provide guidance and resolve problems/issues faced by staff.
• Organize and conduct training programs for teachers, coordinate with other trainers to fulfill training needs and ensure 100% learning for the teachers.
• Develop content for and print educational bulletins, circulate these widely to reach a large number of people.

Teaching
