• Report to and follow the site HSE/Safety supervisor, coordinator, and manager.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and mass Toolbox Talks (TBTs) with site workers and construction supervisory staff.
• Conduct frequent HSE inspections and report all non-compliance, near misses, first aid incidents, corrective actions, and
preventive actions to the immediate HSE supervisor.
• Report all incidents resulting in injury or damage to property to the immediate HSE supervisor.
• Fill observation forms for all unsafe occurrences, obtaining signatures from activity foremen, supervisors, or site engineers,
and handing them over to the HSE supervisor.
• Follow up with construction site supervision on all site HSE issues and concerns for necessary closure.
• Provide accurately filled necessary checklists.
• Inspect and monitor all activities of subcontractors to comply with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management

• Verify Daily Equipment Inspection Checklists as per Saudi Aramco requirements.
• Conduct Toolbox Talks with contractor and subcontractor personnel.
• Inspect site welfare facilities.

• Perform health and safety inspections at assigned work areas to ensure compliance with the companys health and safety
program and procedures.
• Report to the Area Safety Supervisor and provide feedback on contractor/subcontractor safety performance.
• Inspect site welfare facilities.
• Ensure that all activities have the correct work permit and that conditions stated on the permit are complied with.
• Conduct inspections of project equipment and other earth-moving and lifting equipment.
