responsible of repair company lighting products such as led chandeliers, and other led lighting products
supervising led profiles installation and lighting at customer site
responsible for repair works at repair service center, for televisions, monitors, computers and all electronic appliances
- Creating Data Base fore customers interested in CNC machines such as plasma, router and laser cutting and introducing the suitable quote for them
- working on achieving the sales target for the company, by searching customers and showing the benefits of machines to them, and how it will be useful doing their business orders
- Train the machine operator to be able to use the software machine easily, and be able to shape his work-pieces using the machine.
- after sales technical support in case of any problems happened with the customer during operation
- repair the machine if any electrical or mechanical defects caused the machine to shut down " at customer site"
- Supervising the daily preventive maintenance for the production machines, to keep it running most of the time, and maintain the mass production quantity required.
- Supervising the mold change according to the required order of production, until safe operation of the new mold
- Supervising the repair work of machines, and the reporting the fault and solution to general manager.
- Introducing daily report about the daily tasks, including shut down periods of the machines, and ordering spare parts if needed.
Build customer database, and work on achieving the monthly target sale.
Meet customers outdoors to understand their application& introduce the suitable offer for them
Train workers on A.M.R Co. machine and help them to do their tasks easily.
Repair the Machines if any defects happened while operating, following manufacturer service instructions. "Handy Work"
