Maintain inventory of material and/or database of information, such as, computer related equipment, communications equipment, website content, training material, etc;
Maintain logs or archives of information, such as computer related logs, trouble tickets, directories, website publications, registries, data warehouses, reports.
Assist in the deployment/dissemination of standard material, such as, computer hardware and/or software, applications, programs, directories, telephony, web content, publications, database content, training material.
Assist in the maintenance of systems and equipment by carrying out routine tasks, such as backing up data, monitoring network and systems, servers and peripherals, running systems diagnostics, patch management and system optimization, removing viruses and bad data.
Administer user access to systems and databases, monitor system and application usage.
Assist in resolution of problems by monitoring inboxes and responding to queries, identifying and forwarding issues to the appropriate person.
Assist in training and support of users of technology and systems, such as audio/videoconferences, meetings, databases, registries, networks.
Provide support in the planning, specification, and design of the requested websites and/or Database Applications; Develop, implement and maintain the Programme’s Applications.
Perform other related duties as required.

-Responsible for the Access Control, Alarm system.
-Responsible for all IT infrastructures, Applications, and Databases, replacing the IT manager in his absence referring directly to TOP Management.
-Responsible for planning, organizing, installing, and maintaining computer network.
-Installing, maintaining, and upgrading IT system.
-Checking daily backups, all system interfaces, Server hardware and logs.
-Design and Implement Preventive Maintenance for all IT hardware & Software.
Create backup solutions for company/individual users and provide the necessary training on the use of these back-up solutions.
-Installation & Configuration of Servers/Hyper-V, ESXi VMWare,
desktop/laptop hardware, software, and peripherals.
-Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016 operating system, Domain, DNS, DHCP, VLANS, and essential network services.
-Provides technical support to IT team and ensure smooth functioning
of computer system.
Responsible for all IT infrastructures, Applications and Databases.
Assist the IT Manager in the purchasing of needed hardware, software & additional licenses: contact the vendors and ask for price quote, negotiate the prices & order needed products.
Project Leader of the following software’s:
-Insurance Management System (IMS): provide full support and analysis for all bugs and problems that users face, in addition to the requirements and reports requested and send it to Dataquest for development, then do testing of the modifications sent by DQ before installing it on the Real Environment.
-Point of Sale (POS): Allow agents to make online offers to our insurance policies, provide Management, Training, and online support for agents on the application.
-“Next1” consists to manage Claims details with the Photos (Digital) taken in case of a claim: provide full support to all modules of the software, communicate with the users and ISNAD in order to fix bugs and install new requirements, including the design, analysis, testing of the requirements. Make sure that the results sent by ISNAD are tested and working properly before deploying on the Real NEXT1 environment.
Plan Coordinate and implement network security measures in order to protect data.
Installing and maintaining windows 2000, XP, Vista, windows 7 and Server 2003-2008.
Install, Troubleshoot & Support the CITRIX Metaframe XP Client / Server: We use this Platform (Operating System & Application) to connect all the branches with each other’s; i.e. make all Workstations & Servers that use Citrix in branches online with the main branch.
Web programming projects using “asp.net”.
Provide full technical support (software, hardware, routers, switches, local and network printers and scanners) for the users in main branch and other branches.
I was able to successfully provide advanced level of support for CSC’s customers and network during normal and outside working hours:
- Monitoring the proper communication connection with local and international banks.
- Monitoring the ATM’s communication problem.
- Monitoring the UPS’s Fire System and electrical generators.
- Installing all window applications and conducting regular virus checks.
- Providing technical support for all employees as needed.
