Oversee the implementation and coordination of MEAL-IM strategy and activities at field level, and ensure alignment of MEAL-IM activities with DRC Beirut and other Areas
Ensure MEL plans are implemented according to schedule, including through regular field trips and physical observation at project sites
Support the development, design and writing of proposals and concept notes in terms of MEAL input (logframe, budgeting for MEAL activities and staffing, MEAL narrative plan, etc.)
Facilitate monthly monitoring meetings with Sector Managers to review monitoring findings and validate indicator performance, database system and key reporting tools
Design and test quantitative and qualitative data collection activities, assessment and profiling tools at field level
Produce periodic timely MEAL reports for internal and external stakeholders to ensure programmes have accurate and useful data to improve quality and inform project development, and support other internal and external reporting tasks, including donor specific monthly reports
Facilitate organizational learning by ensuring lessons learnt from previous work are reflected in improved practices, feedback to sector specialists and the design of future work
Provide support to beneficiary accountability mechanisms through existing systems
Supervise MEAL/IM/Database staff for North Lebanon, leading recruitment, performance management, capacity building and training, and manage work plans and activities to ensure objectives and monitoring targets are met
Provide support to implementing partners with best practices and the program M&E framework

Part of the Monitoring and Evaluation Team working mainly on designing/developing, testing, maintaining, supporting and improving the database and management systems;
Participate in developing and designing a database that maintains and organizes activities data and provides support in reporting, project tracking and data analysis;
Build the capacity of DRC staff in terms of database use (including basic analysis) through on-going support and training,
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support field staff,
Implement database security measures to safeguard information against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure;
Develop user access levels for each segment of the database according to IM Coordinator / MEL Coordinator specifications
Lead on follow up with partners on administrative details such as setting up and scheduling training, signing of data sharing agreements, gathering feedback and communicating challenges and issues to be addressed by DRC IM team and management.
Coordinate and support the development of the user’s guide for the Referral system.
Produce monthly reports on the developments of the Referral system implementation.
Perform Information and data management duties for MOBINETS project in Lebanon and abroad.
Lead monthly Dashboard Analysis and provide monthly data to Clients
Provide information management and data analysis of the Project Implementation Plans
Support Project Manager to produce project data analysis as needed
Oversee development of visualization of Mobintes Project data.
Coordinate quarterly and yearly assessments for Mobinets project develop respective tools, sampling and be responsible for analysis and write-up of reports
Support resource mobilization efforts by developing updated Project financial overviews;
Provide data analysis for project KPIs and log frame.
Support in quality assurance of communication products, as requested.

Designing web application through wave maker using java programing language, ODK data collection/coding and Form hub, database systems (PostgreSQL, SQL-Server, MySQL, Oracle) as well in data security and encryption tools.

Communication and instrumentation site engineer along with energy and power contracting company ltd “EPC “Main contractor for “ARAMCO”, our main work is to build and update substation for GAZ plant dedicated for ARAMCO company under the highest standards, and my main work is concentrated on building and maintaining FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS, DDC (direct digital control ), PSA ( power system automation ), fiber optic installation and splicing.
My master thesis focuses on the Image processing for catching the unaware drivers while driving , i git an A grade on the Thesis and I've published different Papers related to my search topics and being presented in several international conferences
through the years of education I've succeeded in different telecom fields mainly in microwave studies and Radio frequency and Programming on different languages, My final project was inventing a demo board from scratch and programmed on PIC chip
