Installation of new industry for pellets production, My responsibilities are installation of steam, Heavy Fuel oil and thermal oil pipe lines including synchronization between two thermal oil boiler using manifolds.

Responsibilities: Building mechanical system of solar panels( Moving Parabolic Collector ) dedicated for lube oil Heating used in pellets production industry, the system is composed of Complex material mirrors in corresponding with -Bosch Rexroth Company-
Related Skills:
- Welding Technology and manufacturing of all parts in the system by using CNC, Plasma and Laser cutting machines also assembling all mechanical components.
- Panels production in series using fiber glass molding concepts, technology and full automation process.
- ‘SST304 DN65’ Oil pipe line building dedicated for circulation of lubrification fluid between the pellets industry and the solar site.
- Management of the project including BOQ.

Responsibilities: Planning, Inspection and Development of shoe polishes and detergents filling lines. Achievement: pipe line building of a Shoe Paste Tunnel according to Sketch and drawings, and filling system ‘SST 316 DN65’ pipe line with purging welding for the filling of machines.

HFO burning Steam power plant of 2.5 MVA in group with 3 Diesel generators “ CUMMINS “ 500KVA each + 4 Diesel Generators “ CATERPILLAR “ 1000KVA each
Responsibilities:
• Planning for preventive maintenance programs.
• Design and concepts of new feasible systems.
• Managing of 6 stuff operators and technicians, as team leader.
Related Skills :
- Full automation of plant control systems.
- Manual maintenance and major overhaul for Pumps, Steam Turbine, Boiler, Burners, Diesel Generators and Heat exchanger.
- Water Systems (Softeners, RO) distribution systems for all the industry including water quality control.
- Pipe Line Project Management, PID Design and contracting including control of systems.
- New efficient systems design for the well working of power plant.

Concept and full automation for Arabic sweet industry production, also concepts of new machines full automated. The execution of machines is done at “ Gomeco “ industry for technical turning process under the authority of mechanical engineer.
