 Directly reporting to the Time keeping Operations & Human Resources Managers.
 Update the data in Oracle System.
 Update manpower in the project.
 Coordinate with Engines, foreman and Leadsmen for the daily attendance list.
 Make Escape Report ho will be absent in project.
 Daily report from foreman. Update the manpower.
 Salary issue coordinates with Employees for normal vacation and emergence vacation.
 Date Entry (MS Word, MS Excel and outlook) Operating in Oracle System.
 Preparing of all kind of Requisition for check in & check out papers and clearance employees.
 Arranging of project IDs and Gate passes for the workers and Vehicles.
 Document control & inventory.
 Make manual cards for the Managers.
 Coordinate with others company.
