*Deal with the VIP class of clients
*Maintain the right level of professionalism with my clients
*Follow up on clients' accounts in currencies trading and supervise them
*Provide trainings for new clients on the Trading Platform
*Supervise a team of 3 Junior Account Managers, reporting their performance to the top management and guide them and provide improvement trainings on different work aspects
*Coordinate on a monthly basis with the Sales Manager and the CEO in Dubai office to evaluate the market and the pipeline of existing accounts
*Attend the conference meetings held quarterly to coordinate with the head office in UK and evaluate the performance
*Arrange Expo Events and Seminars for Alpari to better understand the Financial Market and to be up to date with the financial changes in the Economics world, and increase the market penetration, Alpari is represented by the Account Managers in such events, and most of those events are held in other cities or other countries (E.g Al Madina, Jedda, Dammam, Khobar, Mecca and Dubai)
* Follow up with corporate accounts, make sure they are well served and satisfied
* Problem solving upon cases
* Expand the number of corporate accounts by increasing market penetration
