- Maintain the minimum and maximum stock in the stores.
- Inventory operations and extracting the results of the store .
- Provide the administration with all the data it requests regarding the stock and its available quantities .
- Conducting monthly inventories of some goods in a random way to ensure that the quantities in the warehouse match the quantities in the books.
The administration also determines the quantities of each commodity in the store in order to order it when it reaches the minimum limit in the stores .
