- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.

- Coordinate internal and external training programs with several donors.
- Deliver information sessions or orientations internally and externally.
- Finalize operations related to the trainings in different governorates in Egypt.
- Supervise the venue administrator to make sure that everything is done correctly.
- Create material for several programs based on the donor’s objectives
- Facilitate sessions for the clients who use the blended learning methodology.
- Deliver internal trainings for the employees.
- Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
- Apply the selected standards and the defined quality methods in the auditing process.
- Ensure that all electronic/physical organizational data collected is accurate and timely
- Deliver trainings for Supervisors and Managers.
- Coordinate soft skills trainings and technical skills trainings for the property.
- Prepare monthly reports for the Middle East and Africa area Director of training.
- Coordinate soft skills trainings, technical skills trainings and conferences for the company.
- Coach and follow up on the summer internships of the company.
- Manage the Training and Development Database.
