Prepare wages creation of employees and process salary
through WPS. Manage joining formalities of all staff,
includes preparing offer letters, collecting documents for
visa application, coordinate with PRO for visa application,
sending visa to the candidates and advise the concern
departments about the joining dates for the new
employees. Prepare final settlement and complete exit
formalities of employees. Manage and update employees
data’s through advanced software. Prepare leave
calculation and check the eligibility based on approved
leave application. Coordinate with all divisions and ensure
that employees’ time sheet and trip sheet are recorded in a
timely manner. Managing orientation program for
employee to the business and culture. Calculate and
arrange arrears of employees. Ensure all staffs personnel
files are updated with employee’s records. Prepare salary
and experience certificate based on written request and
approval. Coordinate with PRO for renewal/cancellation of
employees visa/ID card and other formalities.
