• Team Management: As the Senior BIM Manager | DSQ - JLL BIM Lead, I am responsible for the comprehensive management of the BIM team. This includes tasks such as recruiting skilled BIM professionals, overseeing their performance, and ensuring the development and adherence to meticulous BIM standards and procedures.

• Project BIM Implementation: I am accountable for the seamless integration of BIM practices into our projects. This involves formulating and meticulously managing the BIM execution plan, guaranteeing that all project stakeholders fully grasp and commit to BIM methodologies, and providing necessary training and continuous support to the project team to ensure successful BIM implementation.

• BIM Deliverables: I am directly involved in the production of critical BIM deliverables. This encompasses the review of BIM models that accurately represent project components, the development of 4D schedules that incorporate time and sequencing, and the calculation of 5D cost estimates, which provide a comprehensive understanding of project expenses.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Effective communication with project stakeholders is integral to my role. This includes proactively keeping all relevant parties informed about the progress and benefits of the BIM process. Additionally, I am responsible for swiftly addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of a project.

• BIM Advocacy: Advocating for the adoption and utilization of BIM practices is a vital part of my role. This entails educating stakeholders about the multifaceted advantages of BIM, demonstrating its tangible benefits through successful project implementation, and actively promoting its integration into future projects to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

Coordinate with Project Managers and Construction Managers to develop or improve a project-specific process for utilizing or creating 3D information for the purpose of estimating, logistics, planning, scheduling, coordination, field layout and/or facilitates management

· Manage model maturity to facilitate quantity takeoffs and for progressive cost estimating and project control. Facilitate consultant and trades through multiple project phases with virtual design and construction process

· Manage information exchange protocol between the company, subcontractors and third-party modeling consultants and trades

· Collaborate in the implementation of improvements program, including setting BIM plan goals, management plan, protocols and standards of corporate VDC.

Receive and manage multiple subcontractor models, Coordinate all BIM Logistics (Contracts, Emails, File sharing, etc.), Review and follow design documents and coordination conflicts, Run and analyze clash detection on federated model, Communicate conflicts in model, both real and potential, Prepare and distribute clash reports to facilitate the coordination process, Schedule and facilitate coordination meetings along with project manager and/or superintendent, Meet with designers/owners as required to facilitate review of models as needed and Report to Director of Virtual Construction, but work closely with project teams

Team Leader Involved from Concept till Detail Design plus coordination with the various other disciples (HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical and Structure), Supporting, understanding and advising the client as to the requirements and obligations in the development of a building design, Ensuring the design process recognizes current legislation, standards and codes of practice where appropriate, BIM implementation in a design driven environment both in early design and construction phase. Developing designs and manage the team to meet presentation deadlines as well as coordinate with the client and all other relevant consultants/contractors. Leading a team of designers and control the direction of the design, whilst keeping within specific time and budget constraints, for a number of projects simultaneously. Working directly with the design managers Responsible for Construction Documentation, CAD check, Architectural Detailing & Coordination. Creating and packaging design presentations. Work also includes Interior and Exterior architectural and Landscape Character Development, including colors, materials and finish selections. Also, responsible for site execution supervision.

Lead the development of the design concept including concept imagery, sketches, plans, and color schemes. Work in conjunction with Interior Design Studio Team to further develop the concept, ensuring the design intent is adhered to and all selections are appropriate with regards to the architecture and Client requirements, leading role in project design with a command of complex technical issues.

Conceptualize buildings design from both a functional and aesthetic perspective in concert with a client’s requirements, budget and program & Development of a design through sketches, physical models, diagrams, massing studies, and other visual formats in order to express the design intent and communicate to project team, client, and building user groups. Responsible for Construction Documentation, CAD - Revit check, Architectural Detailing & Coordination. Creating and packaging design presentations.

Creating highly detailed drawings using (CAD) applications. Working closely with a team of other disciplines, construction managers and architectural technologists Assisting the senior architects in any kind of architectural projects. working with computer programs, such as: AutoCAD, 3D max for the projects.
