As a civil engineer judicial expert I have to make use of all my knowledge and other's knowledge too in order to write a report that clearly shows if a contractor, owner or consultant has done all required work with the required quality and quantity on time or not. So I have to check all contracts, technical reports, handover mails, quality and quantity of work, evaluate work and staff performance, estimate and check quality of the work finished for issuing the payments and estimate the value of all finished and unfinished work.
As a site engineer I have to study the whole project very well, prepare work schedule and determine priorities, lead a team of workers or new junior engineers, Determine responsibilities of each group, worker or engineer. Also, I have to quickly Identify, evaluate and solve problems, facilitate all obstacles of the project, Visit more than ten project sites daily as I run more than twenty projects simultaneously.
And of course I need to ensure that the work is being done correctly and the project is on the schedule and make sure of safety of all site members(Safety is our first priority).
Also, I have to prepare a daily detailed report and send and discuss it directly to the country construction manager and country planning manager to make sure that we will hand over the project before the planned time with the planned cost and quality.
