Working with Security Solution clients (Symantec Endpoint protection 11, 12 - Symantec Endpoint Encryption, MacAfee DLP).

Manage finger print devises and taking finger print for new employee.
H/W inventory and labeling of IT Assets using IBM MAXIMO system.
Working on IBM Maximo ticketing system.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network equipment.
Installing/configuring new computers, IP telephones, software and applications, projectors, printers, wireless access points, and other equipment’s as needed.
Provide orientation and train new users on existing technology.
Creating mailboxes and configuring accounts in the dot panel.
