Responsibilities:
Working with Security Solution clients (Symantec Endpoint protection 11, 12 - Symantec Endpoint Encryption, MacAfee DLP).
Installing operating system (Win XP & 7 - Win Server 2003 - Win Server 2008 & 2012), hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
Manage finger print devises and taking finger print for new employee.
H/W inventory and labeling of IT Assets using IBM MAXIMO system.
Working on IBM Maximo ticketing system.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network equipment.
Installing/configuring new computers, IP telephones, software and applications, projectors, printers, wireless access points, and other equipment’s as needed.
Provide orientation and train new users on existing technology.
Creating mailboxes and configuring accounts in the dot panel.
Load all required software and license.
Computer viruses and security.
Technical support via phone, email or in person.
Setting up new iPads and syncing with iTunes.
Troubleshooting printers/scanners/copiers/projectors/iPads/IP Telephones
