Responsibilities:
• Record The Daily Transaction (Reviews accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and makes or directs correcting entries).
• Prepare Closing Entries.
• Prepare General Ledger.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Generation of accurate financial results (Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statement) for all Branches of the company and Consolidated Financial Statements.
• Prepare budgets and track profit / loss performance by business unit and on consolidated basis.
• Managing daily cash balances.
• Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively.
• Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports for meetings and investors.
• Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports.
• Reporting of overdue credits and efficient follow-up on the same.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
