Participation in the preparation of strategic plans and objectives of the company
- Participation with the work team in the preparation of the budget and financial statements of the company.
- Analysis of the performance of the company compared to business plans.
- Analysis of costs and sales results for actual performance of the company compared to business plans.
- Financial reporting and interpretation of financial information to the highest administrative level.
- Work on monitoring and evaluating cost reduction policies
- Developing systems to preserve the company's assets.
- Cooperation with auditors
- Follow the performance of the finance team.
BANKING FIELD:
-Preparing financial statement for the bank credit Departments.
-Preparing combined balance sheets for head office and branches
-Opening L/C's (Sight, cash against documents, and suppliers’ facilities).
-Preparing L/C's cost to estimate the cost unit.
-Preparing the banking reconciliation.
Preparing some reports as statement of changes in financial position, statement of changes in working capital, statement cost of administration, statement cost of distribution, liquidity ratio
• CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS ACCOUNTS: -
* Continuation activity for customers and suppliers Accounts.
* Preparation periodic reports for cash Disbursements.
* Preparation withholding tax note for suppliers and customers.
• STORES: -
* Preparing stores daily reports (allowance, addendum, and return receipt).
* Preparing physical inventory.
* Pricing inventory.
* Preparing inventory adjustment (deficit / Increment).
• OTHERS: -
* Preparing physical account for cash on hand, fixed assets and notes receivable.
* Preparing depreciation sheet for fixed assets.
* Preparing salaries sheet.
