Job Title: Promotional Venue Team Leader
Level: Middle Management

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Take the responsibility of leadership & ownership of the promotional venues.
o Setting up monthly schedule based on the shift power and this is the basic of my strategy in order to take advantage from each individual rep.
o Monitor the staff attendance in every shift during the 24-hour.
o Taking the responsibility for the Venues operation and manage during 24 hours.
o Reporting in a daily, weekly and Monthly basis to our higher management.
o Communicate with all the concerned departments.
o Achieve the company goals that expected from my team.
o Manage to maximize the number of leads (promotional venue calls with our targeted clients) in order to directing to the Sales and Telesales teams.
o Check the requirements of our venue in a daily basis to send a request to the concerned party in order to cover the shortage of inventory that we need to conduct the work normally.
o Hold a weekly meeting with staff to educate and motivate and reporting what we discussed.

• Additional tasks that assigned to me:

o Acting as a promotional venue manager to lead all teams in KSA
o Contribute to setting up structured business plan for the promotional venues covering all key components of Propaganda operations and attractions into our channels in KSA.

o Resolves complaints and demands of the promotional venues staff and work to remove the causes of the complaint and respond to their requests within the company policies and contractual obligations.
