•Works with product development team on design, testing and implementation.
•Coordinate with web designing and web development teams in product development activities.
•Develop product presentation and demonstration strategies.
•Writes and implements product specifications.
•Establish pricing strategy to improve the product sales.
•Provide support and guidance to sales and marketing teams.
•Collaborate with senior management, sales and marketing teams to develop successful sales techniques.
•Translates customer and client needs into new features and new services for the product.
•Creating and maintain relationships at all key accounts.
•Negotiating tender and contract terms.
•Making proposals and final offers to the customers.

•Provide technical support to customers during product sales, implementation and post-implementation phases.
•Searching for new clients who could benefit from Company products.
•Making one or two daily visits to the customers.
•Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers.
•Contact potential customers for new business opportunities.
•Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
•Respond to customer queries and concerns in timely and professional manner.

•Preparing weekly reports describing the visit details, achievement, customer name, title and the follow up needed for head office.
