* Issuing commercial and technical submittals for tenders
* Replying on any technical clarifications
* Dealing with freight forwarders for freight offers
* Follow-up orders till they are delivered to customer
* Follow up with Finance department on paying vendor’s invoices on time
* Follow up with credit control on collecting customer’s payment
* Checking inventory and issue stock orders
* Quarterly analysis and reports
* Issuing and updating company database
