- developing and implementing the annual marketing & sales plan for the company development
- Preparing and managing the marketing & sales budgets including advertising, print, media, public relations, and exhibitions & events, etc.
- Responsible for designing, planning and executing relevant sales promotion plans & campaigns
- Collecting and analyzing competitor information in order to facilitate marketing strategies/plans and review of pricing/advertising on an annual basis
- Planning, organizing and participating in special events ( trade shows, exhibitions, sponsored events )
- Creating increased foot traffic to such venues/events
- Managing the Corporate branding, media and PR agencies
- Managing & developing marketing collaterals
- Planning expected sales volume & profit for existing and new projects
- Creating customer data base
- Developing market intelligence
- Creating, maintaining and developing a direct relation with Key Accounts
