Currently, creating a maintenance management system based on Kraft’s standards and Integrated lean six sigma (IL6S).

Supporting the Autonomous Maintenance Team in closing all types of defects appearing in the daily CIL activities in my production lines.

Using advanced problem solving techniques such as RCA (Root cause analysis -- 5 Why -- Fish bone) ..

Leading the PM teams (Progressive Maintenance) in the Bars - Candy sections, Hold Daily weekly meetings to close all gabs related to previous breakdowns. Awarding my teams for the Zero Break down cases.

1- Ensure high scoring records in the Safety, Quality trackers, Ensure high Global Efficiency (GE) for the 4 production lines.
2- Total productive maintenance (TPM) leading by evaluating the KPI's of each team work and follows up of it.
d. Ensuring essential spare parts are available on spare parts store stock and the criticality of it.
3- Cost reduction of the PM according to the budget.
4- The overall equipment efficiency (OEE) analysis
5- Supervision of all Preventive-protective and proactive maintenance of the production lines
6- Taking all responsibilities of upgrading my production lines as a project engineer which includes supplier and negotiations and price settlement

In charge of 9 technicians, Leading all electrical/automation and maintenance tasks in Bavarian auto manufacturing company. Solid record of achievements over 2 years of working experience.
Tasks:
1- Establish preventive maintenance checklist from equipment catalogue for all factory equipment.
2- Plan, Schedule and Implement condition monitoring techniques and preventive maintenance procedures (KPI) based on ISO standards. -Emergency troubleshooting and repairs, and Provide accurate repair estimates.
3- Accurately diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective action and maintain the failure analysis database.
4- Spare parts ordering procedures considering inventory of necessary failed components.
5- Implement continuous improvement techniques.
6- Troubleshooting PLC-type control systems (s7-400), Wincc flexible.
7- Commissioning drives Micromaster, Excellent data sheet reader and device configuration, Tools, Sensors. Actuators.
8- Fixing Devices and electronic cards (Through hole PCBs)
9- Report to the maintenance manager for inside the plant/outside issues.
10- Meet suppliers, Negotiate, Settle down prices.

Reporting directly to the head of the Engineering Department:
1. Following up, coordinating and executing the engineering aspects of the newly introduced
car models and new projects.
2. Prepare for project planning, budgeting, cost of equipments, new tools and prepare
expected scenarios of the German launch team expenses .etc.
3. Following up the delivery of new tools & equipments for new projects.
4. Maintaining the project schedule, deliverables, budget issues, and risks.
5. Track the project progress and provide timely and accurate status sheets.
6. Communicate with germen launch team for Hotel & flight reservation, Coordinate for
their transportations and other daily needs.
7. Coordinate with the process & production sections for project updates, and LOP list during
projects.
8. Preparing the transitions to operations. Project closer (Final delivery to the Sales
department).
9. Prepare high quality documentation, and learned lessons after the project closer.
Tools: Outlook, Microsoft office project, AutoCAD, MS office.

 Technical responsibilities:

Fully responsible for Electronic maintenance in BAMC, service centers and Showrooms.
1- Diagnose and evaluate devices and instruments for fixation.
2- Make purchase requests and following up the delivery for needed spare parts.
3- Fixing Devices and electronic cards (Through hole PCBs) and following up their status after
sending them to the requester.
4- Send devices and devices to special places for diagnosing and fixation to reduce the cost
and expenses.
5- Lead a number of electrical technicians, assign tasks and coordinate with the maintenance
section for “Less cost maintenance solutions in the factory & service centers”.
6- Taking full responsibility of the electrical maintenance engineer in his absence. And share
responsibility of the Paint shop section (Automation duties).
7- Make foreign purchase requests and excellent skills in communicating with external
suppliers for instructions & devices configurations.
8- Coordinate with our maintenance supervisors in the service center for maintenance
issues.

 Achievements:

“Review the cost impact”
1- Fixing the controller’s configuration of the factory Genset 3412 unit.
2- Fixing all production control screens in the factory (Around 20 screen’s microcontroller PCB).
3- Fixing Deutronic chargers and power processors (Around 10 Chargers).
4- Fixing the TempGard Instrument.
5- Designing whole new lighting system “including power calculations, number of needed items and component” for Zamalek Mini-cooper showroom.
6- Constructed new serial numbers for our instruments to facilitate the movement in/out of the factory. And new database for electronics and repair companies, in addition to the foreigner suppliers such as Farnell and mouser.
