Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate all executed project management plan, project schedule performance and cost performance to place a proper project management planning & executing process in order to manage the project as per its constrains.
• Evaluate project management team and plan for the project HR requirement.
• Place a new plan for project procurement process.
• Identify all project risk with its assessment to place a plan for avoid it.
• Accurately assessed and managed 4 million SR variation order until approval.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulating and developing company project management system based on PMI standard
• Initiating and executing the project management system
• Designing the new project via MS project and analyzing the estimated cost with the budget
• Creating the new roles for report and communication system
• Working closely with finical, procurement, tendering and warehouses departments to upgrade the used system

Highlights:
• Revamped the entire project by correction actions required to put the project on track and pacified the main contractor
• Efficiently managed project risk assessment, and control the project cost based on risk analyses
• Accurately assessed and managed project cost by increase CPI from 0.83 to 0.95 until the project has been closed

• Properly executed the procurement plan based on ARAMCO procurement standard
• Played key role in installing, testing and commissioning fire protection system (Internal and external coating pipes, pre-action systems, wet systems, NOVEC system)
• Significant contribution in installing, testing and commissioning fuel system (40, 000 GAL Underground storage tanks, Underground double containment pipe, aboveground CS pipe and day tank with control system)
• Pivotal in installing, testing and commissioning infrastructure work (sewer, storm, water supply, fire protection)
• Successfully installed, tested and commissioned HVAC child water system (6x750 ton chillers, 6 cooling towers, underground and aboveground piping system)
