❖ Managing projects and programs starting from preinitiation business case all the way to initiation of project charter to planning the project management plan leading to closure phase till benefits realization and sustainment
❖ Monitoring & Evaluating the project work progress, cost and identifying areas of improvement and cost saving through value engineering.
❖ Collaborating in updating current manuals, policies, and processes.
❖ Following up and Coordinating with stakeholders and leading the project success through covering the project client requirements at required time frame and adapting communication styles

❖ Ensuring clear understanding to all Commercial and legal impact of decisions and actions
❖ Overall arranging the required strategies and implementation in the full lifecycle of project management.
❖ Identifying and investigating problems and evaluate the effectiveness of the solution
❖ Ensuring to have frequently the ability to use innovative ideas or solutions to bring benefit to the project (time - cost and client relationship)
❖ Understanding and applying of professional judgement and responsibility, including ethical decision making
❖ Scheduling of work, manpower, resource and cost planning for the project with planning & cost engineers.
❖ Co-ordination with client, consultant and service authorities to obtain approvals, permissions and NOCs.
❖ Attending Technical progress meetings with subcontractors, client, consultant and service authorities
❖ Technical-commercial negotiation with suppliers and sub-contractors
❖ Review of project contracts in accordance with FIDIC & with respect to local municipal regulation demands
❖ Ensure general safety and health precautions at site with engineers & safety department.

1. Laying infrastructure services & networks (water, electricity LV-MV-HV, irrigation, fire fighting, telecom, sewerage, gas line)
2. Preparing road works (formation, sub base, curbstone, road base, asphalt design & laying) streetlight, sign boards, traffic lights, hydraulic system & road markings.
3. Coordinate with government authorities (DEWA, RTA, DM, Tarakhess, JAFZA) for NOC, Traffic Diversions & Permits, also Co-ordination with client, consultant, sub-contractors, suppliers, site staff and other departments managers to ensure overall company effectiveness
4. Ensure health & safety on site with HSE manager.
