Job responsibilities include:
• Representing the link between Danone waters and the distributor.
• Understand different channels (Retail and Away from Home) growth drivers.
• Acquire an understanding of local market (market tour and industry networking) and use this knowledge to challenge results and execution in the markets.
• Measure, Control and reports the full activity: sales forecasting/estimates- reporting-supply chain/ Customer service - crisis management- Account receivables, etc.
• Follow the results versus plan and make the adequate decisions/corrective actions accordingly.
• Animate key customers in the market
• Identify new potential business growth.
• Identify opportunities/threats of the area and strengths/weaknesses of our network
• Guide and support the distributor employees and customers' staff (sales force, wait staff, …)
• Opening new Accounts. ( Retail, Modern Trade & HORECA )
• Making & Evaluating all the contracts with the customers.
• Planning the yearly promotion calendar.
• Distributing the targets across the channels.
• Conducting market visits.
• Developing the relationship with the customers.
• Efficiently managing the Advertising and promotion budget to increase sales and awareness at the same time.
HORECA
Job responsibilities include:
• Working on more than 180 SKUs ( Dairy, Chilled & Juice products )
• Opening new accounts
• Covering all levels of customer satisfaction
• Achieve the monthly and yearly sales targets
• Monitoring of customers credit limit
• Follow up with customers on collections
• Develop customer relationships
• Following up on the products delivery through sales representatives and drivers
• Prepare regular sales reports
• Regular scanning of the market place and following up closely on competition pricing to ensure our competitive edge.
Modern Trade
Job responsibilities include:
• Achieving the sales value targets set for all key account chains in Hurghada.
• Putting the yoghurt production orders for the area based on the sales forecast.
• Preparing the payment details for Customers and discussing it with the Regional manager.
• Coordinate with the trade marketing team to plan and implement the sales promotions
• Assure the stability and growth in the market shares by maintaining our shelf space.
• Ensure the best customer service (supply, coverage, stocks, frequency of orders, returns, etc…).
• Predict future market trends. .
• Lead & Coach order takers, sales representatives & merchandisers team.
• Follow up on competitors’ activities, prices & promotions.
• Ensure 100% availability of all listed products on the shelves at all times.
• Prepare and conduct monthly business reviews to the customers and take timely corrective action to arrest any decline
• Implement the visibility plans as per the annual account agreements and also negotiate visibility improvements on shelves.
• Conducting daily store Visits
