- Responsibilities :
- Supervise all activities of project and ensure compliance to all plans and specifications and identify all errors in plans and ensure optimal working of construction personnel.
- Monitor progress of Works and carry out updating, planning and making of Weekly Progress Reports & Monthly Reports to the Engineer.
- Review and approve method statements of all construction activities.
- Identifying risks to the project and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Dealing with the design office and formal correspondence.
- Coordinate and monitor all disciplines of work related to the project. This includes both management of the site supervision team as well as the Contractors, Subcontractor and other appropriate specialties.
- Control Contractors and Subcontractors conformance with Contract documents, drawings and specifications. This includes a working knowledge with local and international specifications that may relate to the project.
- Co-ordination with clients, consultants and contractors
- Demonstrates overall HSE leadership to the discipline team and ensures that
HSE requirements are included / appropriately considered in the design
- Responsibilities :
- Supervise the construction of sewer drainage systems.
