JOB FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Translates requirements defined into logical and practical systems designs.
• Prepares detailed specifications from which complete sets of programs will be written.
• Document specifications for input handling, processing, and output preparation for each system function; and file, report, and input formats.
• Evaluates operational systems and recommends improvements.
• Work closely with personnel in problem areas to gather information define systems objectives.
• Documents fact-finding and study results.
• Make formal presentations of findings, recommendations, and specifications in formal reports.
• Ensure Operational Procedures and Documentation are updated and well maintained.
• Self-starter, motivated, proactive and able to learn new skills quickly
• Has to possess good communication skills
• Communicate courteously with all customers (internal and external) by telephone and email building positive relationships.
• Attend or provide training/meetings whenever required
