Upgrading CUCM v11.5 to CUCM v12.6

Install and configure Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) and CMSR.
Configure CMS Web-RTC over Expressway.
Integrate Cisco CMS with CUCM, TMS, Avaya, AD and SFB.
Configuring Cisco Jabber MRA, Devices MRA and B2B.
Installation and Configuration Expressway-C&E Cluster.
Managing Video Conference servers, Cisco Infrastructure ((VCS) / Controller - (VCS) /

Providing1st level support for IT Desktop issues, supporting Windows/Mac clients and NWC(National Water Company) applications like E-mail, CC&B, ERP, MS Lync2010 & 2013 and all Intranet Issues.
Install, maintain, diagnose and repair PC Hardware, software, Printers and other IT
Peripherals.
Install anti-virus software and ensure virus definitions are up-to-date.
Responsible for logistic support of installations, upgrade, duties also include determining hardware specifications for Servers and Pc’s, configuration, troubleshooting, and providing support to the users.
Creating and managing public folders, creating multiple storage groups and stores for Administration of scalability, efficient management and to enhance reliability
Working within a TCP/IP network environment, including DHCP, DNS and Ethernet.
Involved in the rollout of software updates and patches
Communicating with third party technical specialists.
Configuring and managing backup & restore procedures.
Provides system Installation, configuration, and maintenance Microsoft Windows client operating systems, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10 Windows, Microsoft Office up to Office 2013 & MS outlook up to 2013
