• Supervise the Accounting and financial cycle from preparing chart of accounts, payable, receivable, inventory custody, Salaries, and all related.
• Contact and negotiate with BANKS for many financing instruments like Opening outside LC, Facilities (Overdraft, TR, Local Bills Discounting, Murabha….etc.), Short term loans, restructuring and rescheduling the outstanding (trade and Islamic program).
• Supervise administrative Like Lease contracts, trade licenses renewal Visa, Vehicles, Property and medical Insurance, raw material customs clearance.

• Supervise Human resources works from appointment to the termination as per Labor law to avoid any violation (financial respect).

• Prepare In-house reports and Liaises with the auditing firm for issuance financial statements and disclosures.
• Prepare all tax transaction VAT

At KGL Ports International company (www.kglpi.com) on DIPCO project in Damietta-Free zone Company- to constrcut and operate a container terminal in Damietta port, Egypt in partership with CMA-CGM, China Shipping Co., General Electric Co. with total containers capacity of 4 million TEU’s / year, the project cost was 1 Billion US $ dollars.
Working as a General accountant to represent the owner to:
*supervise the Financial cycle from journal entries to prepare the financial statements and report to financial manager according to a proper chart of accounts, Also fixed assets register and depreciation.
*A great experience in Accounts Payable transactions with various suppliers
(Legal, Construction, Equipment, Technical, Insurance and others)from different countries
* follow the banks transactions, coordinate with the banks representatives and represent owner to creat, renewal and cancel Letter of guarantees Also calculate swap rate .
* prepare employees social insurance payments, General Authority Free zone payments, Withholding Tax Payments follow up to reach 0 penalties.
* Prepare interiem and annually financial analysis and Liaises with the auditing firm (Ernst & Young) for issuance Financial statements and discloures .
