• Prepare & monitor weekly Cash budget & variances & reasons explain to management.
• Prepare Ageing for Debtors & Creditors.
• Maintain monthly payment plan & cash flow statement.
• Check & verify payroll & disburse of salaries.
• Projected Cash Flow & Payment Plan.
• Working of Sales Tax Returns & Summary
• E Filling of Income Tax & Sales Tax Returns, Refund Claim.
• Follow up of refund claim of sales tax & attend the hearing with Assistant Collector of sales tax.
• Costing of Raw material as well as Finish Product.
• Import Landed Cost Sheets.
• Analysis of Variable and Fixed cost as well as direct & indirect cost.
• Follow up of all acco`unts matter in the absence of Manager Account.
• Prepare Balance Sheet & P&L for Internal & Financial Audit.
• All Working for Financial Audit & Sales Tax Audit.
