Responsibilities :
• Responsible for delivering projects against agreed scope, budget, schedule & customer expectations For all construction phases ( MEP, Structure, Finishing, Asphalt Scraping, ...... ).
• Identifying the Stakeholders and create project charter.
• Create Management Plan.
• Plan and deploy resources in the best possible manner to achieve quality, productivity, and timely completion, working in conjunction with
teams.
• preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials and specifications .
•Manage, control and utilize the manpower, materials, machinery and other resources to achieve targets as required by immediate supervisor.
*Manage the day-to-day working, utilization, implementation and technical consultants engaged on client assignments

RESPONCIBILITES
• Responsible For Construction 100 Villas From A to Z & Internal Roads ( Excavations, Construction,
Finishing, Asphalting ).
• Check the datum with survyor For Road Elevations and X-Y Corrdinates .
• Responsible for planning work and ensuring a contract is delivered on time, budget, quality .
• Arranged delivery of materials and managing a range of subcontractors
• Checking the contractor’s monthly bills, prepareing monthly bills based on work done on site .
• Attended pre-site and on-site meetings with clients and sub contractors.
• Prepareing a Reconciliation statement based on the Qty. of Materials received, Qty. of materials used, balance on site and then calculate the material wastage.
• Tested materials, also visual inspection of work, and frequent tours of the site .
• Conducted regular site safety checks, liaising with local councils.
• Resolved any problems that could cause delays to the project’s completion
• Ensure staff had accurately completed their time sheets.

Bridge Two Way 384 Meter Length.
Circle Under The Bridge.
Tunnel to Serve the light rail & Hejaz Rail Way 220 Meter Length.
RESPONSIBILITY
Direct supervision of the construction works and relevant utilities (Earth work, Piling, Post tension
Member, Asphalt Works, … etc).
Documenting and reporting to senior engineers and/or local authorities.
Ensuring bridges, lighting and roads meet the approved regulations and standards.
To allocate tasks to other members of the Highways Team and monitor progress.
Resolved any problems that could cause delays to the project’s completion

Achievements: (Award) • Participated in the competition Queen Alia jo-green (green building) and finished and got fifth place on the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan level.
