As Accounting Manager, Projects manager
Job Responsibilities:
-Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
-Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions
-Compute ZAkAT & VAT owed and prepare ZAkAT & VAT returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other ZAkAT & VAT requirements.
-Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
-Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
-Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
-Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
-Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
-Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses and individuals.
-Appraise, evaluate, and inventory real property and equipment, recording information such as the property's description, value, and location.
-Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
-Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
-Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries.
-Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable.
-Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
-Establish tables of accounts and Cost Center.
-Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
-Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
-Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies,
-Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses and individuals.
-Support month-end and year-end close process.
-Generating financial reports that display the company’s profits, equity and cash flow
-Serve as bankruptcy trustees and business valuators.
-Maintain and examine the records of government agencies.
-Responsible for developing detailed, complex data mining, reporting, and delivering market/trend analyses to business partners
-Providing guidance and recommendations to business partners to ensure accurate and actionable data and analyses are delivered
-Will also provide guidance and recommendations to key business users on the use of complex query tools within the CRM solution.
-Assist in the development of KPIs around customers and marketing initiatives in support of corporate sales and profit KPIs. Utilize KPIs to determine the health of the marketing functional areas and work with a broader team to gain alignment of the strategies.
-Provide input on customer segment priorities, channel effectiveness, and migration patterns to aid in defining the proper channel opportunity mix and insights to help define the Customer Experience proposition.
