Brief Description of Responsibilities:
1- Generate project progress charts and cost reports
2- Cost control, forecasting and cost reporting.
3- Monitor detailed construction project cost and cash flow reports
4- Monitor, evaluate and update project cost data on budgeted amounts.
5- Submit monthly reports to Project Manager and support internal reports preparation.
6- Attend project meetings and discussions with the PMT and external clients.
7- Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT team as and when required.
8- Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and
claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are
captured and properly recorded.
9- Support past period cost performance report and fiscal budget annually.
9- Monitoring and controlling of petty cash invoices
10- Reviewing and approving project and subcontractor invoices
11- Creating SES for approved invoices
12- Generating Reports for subcontractor invoice sheet log
13- Creating Estimate to Complete (ETC) Report
14- Creating Back charges against the subcontractors
15- Earned Value Report

1- Carrying out the construction of 9 villas and Hotel
2- Carrying out Concrete works for Raft, Strip and isolated foundation, Flat slabs, Hollow block slabs
and Water tank.
3- Finishing works: Plaster, Ceramic tiles, Painting, Plumbing, Electrical
4- Quantity estimating
5- Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports
6- Attend project meetings and discussions with the clients.
7- Ensuring that QA/QC system is implemented
