I have all the honor to lead a big and various groups of civil construction managers / project managers & civil site managers & civil engineers & surveyers & civil Technician for a lot of mega and meduim projects, especially in the field of Electrical substation & power generation plants & Infra structures as following :-

I am working as A civil Construction Department Director for substations Department. ( Egypt & OverSeas ).

My history of projects completion and achievement during my lastest post at this respectiful & Big company as the following :-

1- completion and handling over 7th of 8th KV 500, GIS type substations which was consortuim with Siemens ( Kafr Elzayat, Maghagha, Banha, Wadi El natroon, Etay Elbarood, Abo Elmatameer, Samanoud ).

2- completion & handling over 2 power station TM's 2500 type with G.E. in Angola.

3- Completion & handling over 4th substation 220 KV, GIS type with EETC & Wataniya ( Barwa & Damac ).

4- completion and handling over 2 substation 132 KV, GIS type in ( Kuwait ) with MEW.

5- Badr, substation 220 KV, GIS type with Wataniya & EPS consultant at Badr city ( Robeky industrial area ), under going on the latest stages.

6- Heliopolis, substation 220 KV, GIS type with Wataniya & EBS consultant at " Elshrouq " area, completed & under handling over stage to EETC.

7- Mostakbal city, infra structure work including transformers rooms, and DP's with " Shaker consultancy group ", .( under construction 2nd phase ).

8- East Port Saieed, substation 220 kv, GIS type with wataniya Co. & EETC, under constriction, but transferred from under my management from more than 6-7 months.

9- Canal sugar, substation at ( Al menya ), KV 220/ 33 kv, GIS type, under the consultation of EPS, Still under construction. ( Civil already completed as a Dust free ).

10- PIPark, project of infra structure and Transformer's rooms & DP's. ( at Al Aasher of Ramadan ), completed & handed over to client.

11- S1 - new capital city, a substation of 500 kv, GIS type which consider the biggest substation on middle east, with Wataniya & EETC, completed & Energized.

Working in Real Estate Investment in NEW CAIRO - AL SHROUQE - AL REHAB - MADINATY- North Coast - ALSOKHNA, ......etc

*) SECOND PROJECT:-

From July, 2012 till Jun 2013.

((Fire Administration building in Mushrif. ))

Position was “ Project Manager “ with project
Value of (21.0 Million US. Dollars ).

*) FIRST PROJECT:-

From May, 2011 till July 2012.

(( Directorate of Security Building in Mubarak Al kabeer . Governorate ))

Position was “Assist. Project Manager “ with project
Value of (36.0 Million US. Dollars ) .

Construction And Maintenance of " Al-Ogaila Secondary School " Modular type which supervised by Ministry of Public work .

Project Manager for Construction project . which related to ministry of islamic affairs.

Project Engineer / assistant of project Manager for construction of ( Jahra governorate bulding ) under ministry of .

i working as a senior Engineer for construction work in ( khiran new town ) and handling all the under ground tanks and some adminstration buildings.

(Project Engineer). in “ Timber work & Marine " for:-

((REHABILITATION OF NORTH & SOUTH PIER))
AT Kuwait National Petrol Company ( KNPC ), AT AL-Ahmadi Area.

((Effluent Water and Disposal Plant))
In Kuwait Oil Company ( KOC ), in AL Ahmadi Area.

1) Position was Area project engineer
in -MAGWA- oil field:-

Work was construction of huge tanks, Substation
building, control building & different shelters types.
this was in main station (EWDP-1) and four of .

2) Position was Senior Site Engineer
in ( BURGAN) oil field:-

Work was the Finishing and metal cladding works,
for the main station (EWDP-2) and tenth of .

All buildings types (substation & administration & maintenance & control buildings) and huge shelters including all types of finishing work.

(( Water treatment plant ))
AL Sulaibya Project - B.O.T contract.

* Position was “Civil site engineer.”

I was responsible for (CLARIFIER TANKS), Main sub-stations & Flow distribution chamber & sludge tanks, GBT building, (concrete and finishing works)

Construction of ((AL Kharafi Building)) in AL Salheya area.
Position was “site engineer.”

•2nd position was a (Construction & Technical
Manager) for this Group.

We constructed many of big water tanks and large
Swimming pools & lacks, and special construction, and water proofing works.

(AL-WASEET), Company for Swimming pools and water proofing works:
(Tanks, swimming pools, lacks, water st.)

* 1st Position was a -Construction Engineer-

((Egyptian Teachers Syndicate Tower Complex))

Position was -Project Engineer- for:

A big construction Project in AL-MAADY city which is , the project was containing of four towers, each containing of G.F & 15 Floors and it was - A fast track project - 14 months for skeleton only.

((AL OMRAH MOSQUE)) administration Buildings

1) Position was (Site Engineer)

Construction of four special Villas concrete work
Only, and on the same time finishing work of -AL
OMRAH MOSQUE- administration Buildings.

((Heraa Regency hotel))

2) Position was (project Engineer)

for a big Hotel beside (AL Haram) in Makah it was Hotel which is renamed now as (Heraa Regency) hotel it was multistory building containing of 23 floor, construction and finishing works, It was ( turn key contract ) .

(A company who is working as applicator of company in Egypt which works in a special civil works). ((The field of chemical construction materials)) I had already worked in:-

From Oct, 1993 till July 1995,

((Kafr El Sheikh)) water treatment plant

Position was (project engineer):

(Kafr El Sheikh) water treatment plant, maintenance and reconstructing which was includes many items as
.

(Isolation works for big projects, swimming pools for hotels, Tanks, repairing for the water structure, special construction works).

Working on civil design and drawing for some of multi stories building, schools, administration buildings and ministry buildings, and taking the approval for construction certificate.

((Pyramids international Hospital)).

Position was (Under training site engineer),
In this period…the work was in the Construction of
Pyramids international Hospital, at Arabian contractors Company's ((Training Department center)).
