• Preparing Tender and Construction Schedules, and Reports
• Preparing the Project Master Plan
• Identifying the Critical activities and problem area in advance to ensure effective action.
• Working with the Project Manager and the Cost department through established reporting system.
• Monitoring Project's actual progress and cost through established reporting system.
• Preparing the Project weekly and monthly reports regarding actual versus planned and forecast it’s effects on Project’s overall completion as well as cost versus budget
• To Coordinate with the Project Managers involved in the Project and various departments like Procurement, Production, Quantity survey, Cost control etc.
• To update the program at regular intervals based on the progress of the Project. Viz, approximate completion date, percent complete, in terms of duration or resources, critical milestone activities, critical activities.
• Monitor the Progress of the Project concerning the Contract’s scope of work, indicating where corrective actions are required and reassessing priorities in cooperation with the PM, as needed.
• Recording, on the basis of the initial cost estimate, direct and indirect costs and referring to the PM the current deviations and those expected by the end of the Project.
• Supporting the PM in the assessment of the economic risks.
• Taking part in the definition of the economic amendments to the Contract;
• Preparing periodic reports, assisting the PM in the Contracts with the Clients and Subcontractors.
