My responsibilities:
1- Project planning and management: This involves creating
project plans, developing timelines (Baselines), and coordinating
activities with project team members.
2- Resource management: This includes managing project
resources such as equipment, materials, and personnel.
3-Budget management: creating and managing project
budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that projects are
completed within budget.
4- Risk management: This involves identifying potential project
risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
5- Communication: communicating project status updates to
stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team
members.
Projects:
Wataniah Business Group -Al Wataniah Boulevard:
Start Work as Sr. Planning & Cost Control Engineer for Al
Wataniah Boulevard Building and construction works for a hotel
building, shops, a medical and office building .
Start Work as Project Manager for Advanced Generations School (AGS) internal Finishing and auditorium Work My responsibilities:
1- Review and approval for the shop Drawing and new Design.
2- Coordinate the site and Resources.
3- Find the solution for any Site work problem and Design.
4- Making the time schedule and follow up.
5- Making the invoices for sub-contractor and Follow up them.
6- Project Control and Project Cost.
Have Work in Company Large Project ALRajhi Hotels and Department Center in internal Finishing and furnisher for international Hotels Park inn By Radisson and Four Point by Sheraton.
My responsibilities:
1- Making the shop Drawing and new Design.
2- Coordinate the site and Recourses.
3- Find the solution for any Site work problem and Design.
4- Making the time schedule and follow up.
5- Making the invoices for sub-contractor and Follow up them.
I have worked in the one of large Company Projects Red Sea Mall Extension, Parking, and Coordinate for anther Projects my Position is Planning Engineer and my responsibilities:
1- Making the time schedule and updated.
2- Re-schedule for Project after change order or any new updated in original design.
3- Making the monthly report and weekly.
4- Making the monthly invoices for owner.
5- In the final time of Project, help the technical office to complete final shop drawing, sub-contractor invoices and final quantity.
I have worked with AL-Mashrk Al-Arbea in Technical Office of the company and my responsibilities:
1- Making the reinforced concrete design
2- Ball of quantity for the projects
3- Shop drawing for the projects
