•Responsible of the day-to-day running of the department; scheduling, progress tracking, problem solving.
•In charge of creating the strategic plan of the department and the follow up.
•Responsible for automating all the operations in the company by creating full life cycle software.
•Managing 1 to 3 developers to ensure the achievement of the yearly development plan.
•Responsible for department budgeting and forecasting, and reporting directly to my manager.
•Performing systems analysis (created from scratch) and managing the team of developer’s client\server systems.
•Gathering users requirements, dealing with the user and performing component change impact analysis and writing the system design for the required systems.
•Responsible for the actions backups of the database and computerized systems and all other important business in the company
A senior team member in support department (Analysis, Design, support & development) for main project like:Inventory System, Accounting System, Point Of Sales System.Manufacturing system (BOM, Production Cost), Ordering system, Sales system, Cheques system, Payable Accounts system, Receivable Accounts system, Fixed assets, Barcode Solution.
These projects are a system Industries Factory written using Visual Basic 5.0 and MS Access 97, 2000, SQL Server 2000 and converting the above systems from Ms Access into Vb.Net Language. My responsibilities in these projects are Analysis, design & programming
