I am responsible on both functions of marketing and business development.
I was responsible on all the researches related the product and market development, in addition to manage and monitor the product life cycle from the research and pilot phase till the development phase.
Manage and work on several projects in the domain of Business and market research, HR and organizational development.
• Plan, control, monitor and manage projects throughout all phases.
• Handle all communication with clients.
• Set and prepare frameworks for several project phases.
• Conduct several types of trainings such as BPM and BPR trainings.
• Handle and manage the development of an e - survey system (CMS).
Worked on different projects in the field of Business Process Management (BPM), implementing BSC (Balance Score Card) and creating business process maps in addition to business process reengineering (BPR).
Responsibilities:
• Project manager assistant.
• Modeling on Aris Bussiness Architect.
• Conducting training on ARIS BUSSINESS ARCHITECT.
• Implementing BSC using Cubes system.
• Conducting training on Dash boards and balance scorecard systems such as (CUBES CPM).
Responsible on marketing and sales for heating systems Idle Clima Boilers fuel and gas types also Riello burners.
-Communicate marketing materials and information for all levels of employees within the organization as well as supplier partners
-Meet marketing objectives and completing marketing department required functions; organize and actively participate in promotional meetings
Master in Business Administration.
