The management retention and development of the portfolio placed by key brokers with Tawuniya, it includes business from government entities, major corporations and joint stock companies operating in the field of mining, petrochemicals, banks and financial services institutions, major contractors, health care facilities and other. The portfolio comprises all P & C lines, and medical insurance.
Manage all Key clients' service aspects, including underwriting and claims, renewals, quotations, financial statements and collection, acquisition of new business and retention of existing client.
- Manage the NCCI customer interface, building and maintaining positive and loyal customer relationships, customer satisfaction and retention.
- Take full personal responsibility for managing, and prioritizing the allocated customers workload.
- Manage the necessary business processes in order to meet the insurance requirements of all allocated new and existing customers. This includes both underwriting and claims functions.
- Analyze incoming risks received and underwrite them within the authority limits.
- Analyze incoming claims received for allocated customers and take the necessary steps towards settlement according to Company policies and procedures.
- Provide assistance and guidance to customer service units in assessing individual risks and underwriting, claims, and technical services.
- Underwriting all classes of insurance business and claims within delegated authority.
- Monitor the technical performance of customer insurance portfolios this includes preparation of policy statistics leading to evaluation of customer and portfolio profitability
Processing Claims in accordance with delegated authority, and producing claims reports, statistics, bordereaux.
Issuance of Policies, Endorsements, Certificates, and the relevant financial documents, and preparation of general correspondence to ensure smooth running of existing programs.
