Responsibilities:
- I lead Falcon Eye, an AED 1.8 billion integrated visual Home Land Security mega project in the Metropolitan area of Abu Dhabi
- I design and implement Project Management Plan elements like Schedule, Communication, HSE, Risk Mgmt Plans, WBS, OBS, reports
- I assure day-to-day communication with he Customer, Executive Management, Committees, Partners, Vendors
- I represent Project Dept at corporate level for defining and rolling out consistent and integrated governance, processes, capabilities
Responsibilities:
• Determine and implement the corporate Project Management Maturity increase initiatives.
• Elaborate and coordinate the execution of the Program and Project Mgmt training and coaching.
• Define and supervise the implementation of the Program and Project Knowledge Management.
• Develop and implement an integrated physical and virtual Project Management hot-line service.
• Liaising with Executive Leadership translating strategic objectives into corporate PM Maturity increasing initiatives for the PMO.
