Conduct research on the EU and Greek Energy market reform, Interact with the Regulatory Authority to determine the terms and details of TSO & DSO Licences, Advice regarding the restructuring and privatization plan of the Group (IPTO divestment, Small PPC). Initiate and negotiate the terms of contracts and SLAs amongst the subsidiaries.
