 Responsible for the export of Hot Rolled Coils & Sheets Material, Oil & Pickled Coils & Sheets Material, HR Tubes, Pre-galvanized Tubes & Manufactured products “C-sections, U-sections, Angles, Hyllis”
 Traveling to meet & negotiate prices with clients
 Coordinating between business crew to maintain best service “quality, timing & price”
 Developed payment terms (letter of credit, CAD, analyzed draft or letter of guarantee) by coordinating with the credit department in different banks in order to assure adherence to contract terms and conditions.
 Coordinating shipment terms (Ex-works, FOB and CFR terms) with logistic department.
 Set the monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast.
 Project Manager of Ikea account:
- Responsible of all communications with Ikea
- Responsible of purchase raw material from Sister company “Kandil Steel”
- Follow up delivery of raw material, production process, quality report, packing process, receivable process, weekly deliveries.
- Responsible of booking vessels through ECIS system (IKEA System), contacting forwarder in order to request empty containers and follow up all dispatches as well as all documentations related to each container.
- Follow up with finance department payments and receivables.
- Monitoring production cost and raw material cost.
- Negotiating prices and purchase agreement with Ikea.
 Creating Corporate Identity of Kama Manufacturing:
- Basic Identity (Logo - Brand Colors - Brand Typefaces)
- Stationery (Business Cards - Letterhead - Envelope - Folder - ID Card - CD pack - PowerPoint template - Block note)
- Identity manual (Guide lines for each identity elements)
- Photography
